1. Who we are

NorthForce360 ("NorthForce360", "we", "us") is a Canadian-led recruitment, staffing and workforce solutions company with an office in Noida, India. This policy explains how we handle personal information collected through www.northforce360.com (the "Website") and when you contact us. We aim to handle personal information in line with Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and other privacy laws that apply to us.

2. Information we collect

Information you give us. When you use our enquiry form, email or call us, we may collect:

• your name, business email address, company name and, if you provide it, your phone number;
• the service you are interested in and the details you share about your requirements;
• if you are a candidate, information you choose to send us, such as a résumé and work history;
• any other information you include in your messages to us.

Please don't send us sensitive information (for example, health information or government identification numbers) unless we specifically ask for it for a lawful purpose.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically records basic technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, the pages requested and the date and time. This is used to keep the Website secure and working.

Cookies and analytics. The Website uses Google Tag Manager, a Google service that loads website measurement tools such as Google Analytics. These tools may set cookies or use similar technologies to collect information about how you use the Website, such as the pages you visit, how long you stay, the site that referred you, and general device and location information (derived from your IP address). We use this information in aggregate to understand how the Website is used and to improve it. Google processes this information under its own terms. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or opt out of Google Analytics with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

Third-party content. Our office section shows an embedded Google Map. When it loads, Google may collect information about your visit under Google's Privacy Policy. Links to other websites, such as our LinkedIn page, are governed by those websites' own policies.

• to respond to your enquiry and discuss your requirements;
• to provide, plan and manage recruitment, staffing and workforce services you request;
• to assess candidates for suitable opportunities, where you have applied or shared your details with us;
• to keep records of our communications and meet our legal, accounting and regulatory obligations;
• to understand how the Website is used and improve it;
• to protect the security of the Website and prevent misuse.

We will not use your information for unrelated purposes without your consent, and we do not sell personal information.

4. Consent

By submitting our enquiry form or contacting us, you consent to us using your information as described in this policy. You may withdraw your consent at any time, subject to legal or contractual restrictions, by contacting us (see section 10). If you withdraw consent, we may not be able to provide certain services.

5. When we share information

We share personal information only where needed for the purposes above, including with:

• our team members in Canada and India who need it to respond to you or deliver services;
• trusted service providers who support our business, such as website hosting, website analytics (Google), email and form or CRM services, who may only use it to provide services to us;
• clients or candidates, where sharing is part of a recruitment process you have agreed to take part in;
• authorities or other parties where required or permitted by law.

6. Where your information is stored

Because our team operates in Canada and India and our service providers may operate elsewhere, your information may be stored, accessed or processed outside your province or country, including in India and the United States. While outside Canada, it is subject to the laws of that country and may be accessible to its authorities. We take reasonable steps to make sure it remains protected wherever it is handled.

7. How long we keep it

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes it was collected for, or as required by law. When it is no longer needed, we securely delete or anonymize it.

8. How we protect it

We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the information, such as limiting access to people who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may ask us to:

• tell you what personal information we hold about you and how it has been used;
• correct information that is inaccurate or incomplete;
• delete your information, or withdraw your consent to our using it.

We will respond within the time required by law. We may need to verify your identity first. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
